This tour will start at Quinta da Tôr, in the municipality of Querença, in Loulé, with monovarietal productions and mixtures of Touriga Nacional, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Trincadeira and Aragonez, Arinto, Siria and Chardonnay, producing excellent wines, followed by a delicious lunch at traditional restaurant. In the afternoon, we will take a guided tour of Adega do Cantor, the result of the dream of British singer Sir Cliff Richard. All entrances, wine tasting and lunch included!

    Visit and wine tasting with tapas Quinta da Tôr - Eastern Algarve

    These properties belonged to the same family since 1500 till 2011 when it regenerated with the new proprietary that did not ignore the qualities of the land, therefore he recovered the vineyards and built a new winehouse (“adega”). The micro clime, the low temperatures in the winter and high temperatures in the Summer, allows for good and balanced maturation of the 7 grapes that this land has to offer ( Touriga Nacional, Sirah, Carbernet Sauvignon, Aragonez, Siria, Arinto, Chardonnay), allowing only thus to produce high quality wines.

    Tasting of 3 classic wines + brave wine (syrah with 17º) with cheese and portuguese sausages.

    Adega do Cantor

    Adega do Cantor Cliff Richard Vineyards

    Adega do Cantor winery is located in Guia, a few kilometers from Albufeira, being the result of the dream of British singer Sir Cliff Richard in partnership with Nigel and Lesley Birch, who chose the South of Portugal as their home in the 1970s. 2004, having Ruben Pinto as a resident winemaker, produces wine only with the production of grapes from the three farms around it: Quinta do Moinho, Quinta do Miradouro (where the Winery is located) and Quinta Vale do Sobreiro.With a small production, about 100,000 bottles a year, bet on the production of wines of excellence and quality that are an honest portrait of the exceptional climatic conditions that the Algarve offers.

    In this cellar, after the visit, we will do a tasting of 4 wines.

  • If you wish to take the tour for 2 people, you will be charged the equivalent amount for transporting 4 people.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation and refund:

    • Cancellations up to 30 days from the date of the experience, full refund.
    • Cancellations up to 20 days from the date of the experience, 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made within 19 days will not be refunded.
  • If there is any extraordinary situation in which it is necessary to cancel the tour, Algarve Views at that point will suggest a new appointment or the ticket price will be refunded.
